Senior Finance Manager (Singapore)

About the role

Reporting to the Singapore CEO with a functional line to Group Finance, you will own financial reporting, MAS regulatory reporting, capital management, treasury, client‑money oversight, audit and business partnering, and coordinate tax matters for a fast‑growing, technology‑driven online brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close for the Singapore entity, including accruals, intercompany, reconciliations and review of P&L and balance sheet.
• Prepare statutory financial statements under SFRS(I), coordinate ACRA filings and support Group consolidation.
• Manage MAS regulatory reporting, capital planning, dividend proposals and client‑money protection in line with Securities and Futures regulations.
• Oversee treasury functions, liquidity, FX exposure and daily cash movements with banks and clearing brokers.
• Partner with Group Finance on systems, policies and finance roadmap, and represent Singapore in Group initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and a professional qualification (ISCA, ACCA, CPA) required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years leading a finance or regulatory reporting team, preferably with Big Four audit background and in‑house experience at a MAS‑regulated CMS licensee.
• Hands‑on experience preparing MAS financial returns and deep knowledge of SFRS(I), IFRS and brokerage economics.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP implementation or finance automation projects.
• Strong financial systems knowledge.
