Senior Full Stack Developer – Banking (Microservices)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot to design, build and integrate enterprise banking applications. The role focuses on creating robust APIs and interfaces that connect core banking systems with online and batch processing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices and system‑to‑system interfaces for host integration.
• Build and support online and batch integrations with core banking platforms such as CBS, SIBS, WebFITAS or similar.
• Work with databases, messaging and integration frameworks (e.g., Kafka, MQ).
• Troubleshoot integration and production issues across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and other engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking standards for security, reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on Java development experience.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
• Background in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience designing APIs and integrating with host or core banking systems.
• Solid understanding of enterprise application integration and batch processing.
