Senior Global Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Senior Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the digital ecosystem for a worldwide fashion brand, driving ecommerce growth and performance marketing across multiple markets. You will shape strategy, allocate budgets, and use data‑driven insights to enhance customer lifetime value and brand resonance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a full‑funnel digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels on a global scale.
• Translate business goals into measurable KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
• Own performance marketing on platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, affiliates and emerging regional channels.
• Oversee global ecommerce marketing, aligning promotional calendars with brand objectives.
• Manage multi‑channel budget allocation, build forecasting models, and optimise spend for maximum ROI.
• Identify gaps, test new platforms and ad formats, and set best‑practice standards for SEO, social media, digital content, and UX/UI.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global digital marketing initiatives for a consumer‑facing brand.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build predictive models and data‑driven strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
