Marketing Executive – Fashion & Digital

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, fashion‑forward Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is creative, hands‑on, and able to translate business objectives into effective digital and omnichannel marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement promotional campaigns to drive retail and online sales, enhancing our omnichannel presence.
• Plan and execute local and overseas marketing campaigns across EDMs, social media, website, and in‑store support.
• Produce and manage content for all marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice.
• Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and coordinate styling for photoshoots.
• Collaborate with the e‑commerce team to optimise product visibility and conversion rates.
• Analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and conduct A/B testing.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform strategies.
• Source and manage KOL and influencer collaborations, handling sponsorships and giveaways.

Required profile

• Current or recent experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within fashion or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing work.
• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
