About the role
We are partnering with a premium consumer brand that is expanding rapidly across Asia, EMEA and Oceania. Based in Singapore, the Global Marketing Director will lead the international marketing agenda end‑to‑end, shaping brand strategy and driving measurable commercial growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute brand positioning, product launches and market entry strategies across multiple regions.
- Align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and market expansion plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Insights, Finance and Operations to translate data‑driven opportunities into actionable campaigns.
- Lead multi‑market teams, external agencies and complex launch programmes.
- Represent the marketing function at senior leadership and board meetings.
Required profile
- Proven senior marketing leader with regional or global scope.
- Background in FMCG, food & beverage or consumer brands.
- Strong commercial mindset linking marketing activities to growth and performance.
- Experience managing multi‑market teams, agencies and large‑scale launches.
- Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder and board level.
