Senior HR Specialist – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to support and strengthen the internal people and organisational capabilities of a fast‑growing Singapore‑based company. Reporting directly to senior management, you will own a cross‑functional HR portfolio with high visibility and autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Prepare employee lifecycle documentation and maintain personnel records.
• Liaise with external vendors for payroll administration and oversee work‑pass applications and compliance.
• Support employee insurance, internal communications and day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Review, develop and formalise HR and administrative policies, handbooks and SOPs.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements and enhance reporting structures, job scopes and workflow coordination.
• Assist in implementing performance management, KPI frameworks and talent development initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 6‑8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Singapore.
• Strong organisational, proactive and independent working style.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Solutions‑oriented mindset with a genuine interest in building and improving systems.
