Executive – Lecturer Management

About the role

The Executive – Lecturer Management supports Kaplan’s Academic Administration & Governance department by ensuring smooth recruitment, deployment and payment processes for teaching staff across assigned programmes. The role guarantees compliance with academic and regulatory standards while maintaining an efficient teaching pool.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of records and documents related to teaching staff recruitment, deployment, and payments.
• Ensure lecturer credentials, contracts and approvals are accurately filed and kept up‑to‑date in line with institutional and regulatory requirements.
• Verify teaching hours, grading fees and other entitlements to support payment claim processing for adjunct staff.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and support recruitment activities, maintaining up‑to‑date teaching assignment and availability records.
• Create and distribute deployment schedules that align with module requirements and lecturer expertise.
• Compile, verify and submit payment documents for Finance approval and respond to routine payment queries.
• Conduct initial verification of lecturer credentials for compliance with academic board and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate internal records to support reporting, audits and registration with SkillsFuture Singapore or other bodies.
• Collaborate with university partners, heads of school and internal teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Provide feedback on administrative workflows and assist in process‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare routine reports and summaries for the Assistant Director to track operational progress and compliance.
• Review and vet curriculum content submitted by developers to ensure compliance with required standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
