Senior Human Resources Employee Partner

About the role

Eagle Services Asia is hiring a Senior Human Resources Employee Partner based onsite in Singapore. The role partners with business leaders to turn business strategy into integrated people strategies that support organizational effectiveness, operational performance and sustainable workforce capability, acting as a trusted adviser to the assigned business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategies into integrated people strategies that enable organizational effectiveness and operational performance.
• Act as a trusted adviser to the assigned business unit, anticipating business and people challenges and offering practical, data-informed solutions.
• Work with site business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent management, employee engagement, employee and industrial relations, leadership development and change management.
• Use workforce analytics to identify emerging workforce trends, evaluate organizational risks and opportunities and support evidence-based decisions.
• Strengthen people effectiveness, develop critical capabilities, improve the employee experience and align people priorities with business outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with at least 8 years of experience in HR partnering.
• Proven ability to turn business priorities into effective people programs.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the link between workforce capability, operational performance and business results.
• Ability to interpret workforce data, HR metrics and market trends to identify risks and capability needs.
• Well versed in Employment and relevant Acts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR systems, data visualisation and digital tools for workforce planning and decision-making.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, coach leaders and drive change in a matrixed environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving and project management skills.
