Senior Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Executive will lead core HR activities for BNL Waste Management, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding and employee relations while maintaining compliance with Singapore labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding and employee relations.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Assist with HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labour laws, foreign work‑pass regulations and company policies.
• Prepare applications for government grants related to HR initiatives.
• Support managers with grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• 4‑5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the environmental services sector.
• Familiarity with Singapore labour laws and foreign work‑pass regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Self‑driven, proactive, highly motivated and service‑oriented.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask, plan and coordinate in a fast‑paced environment.
