Senior Human Resources Executive

About the role

fastretailing is looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive to lead its recruitment and talent development work, including the Management Candidate Program and local internship programmes. The role also covers store hiring initiatives, campus outreach and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Management Candidate Program hiring strategy and act as the main owner of local internship programmes, including planning and running the Winter and Summer Internship Programmes.
• Sourcing candidates through recruitment sites, job boards, social media, campus partnerships and other channels, then shortlisting, evaluating and screening them through pre-interview assessments.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, and ensuring the right materials and resources are ready.
• Monitor and support the progress of Management Candidates and interns through regular check-ins, stakeholder engagement and store visits, and partner with departments to gather feedback on development needs.
• Support store hiring, manpower planning, recruitment and talent pipeline development.
• Manage relationships with stores, headquarters, universities and external partners.
• Own HR portfolios such as employee engagement, employer branding, campus outreach, university partnerships and company engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of HR experience in recruitment and development.
• A proven track record in FMCG or a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related discipline.
• IHRP-CP certification is a plus.
• Positive attitude, highly accountable, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
