Senior IAM Consultant/Manager – Financial Services

About the role

Join EY’s Technology Consulting team to help financial‑services clients protect their business against cyber threats. As an information‑security specialist you will design, implement and manage end‑to‑end identity and access management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, design, build, implement and manage IAM security solutions for client environments.
• Develop security strategies, advise stakeholders, deliver workshops and support business‑development activities.
• Collaborate with an international team of specialists and travel to client sites as required.

Required profile

• Recognised university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a consulting role at a leading firm.
• Strong interest in information security, creative problem‑solving and excellent communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, TOGAF, ITIL) are preferred.

Required skills

• IAM concepts and technologies (user provisioning, privileged access management, directory services, MFA, SSO).
• Programming experience in Java or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, Okta, Forgerock, CyberArk.
• Familiarity with cloud IAM on Google Cloud Platform, AWS or Microsoft Azure.
