Senior Incident Responder

About the role

Dragos is seeking a Senior Incident Responder to join its Professional Services team in Singapore. You will lead and coordinate incident response engagements across the APAC region, helping customers protect critical OT environments. The role requires guiding diverse stakeholders through high‑pressure investigations and delivering clear, actionable guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, high‑impact investigations and security incidents across multiple OT verticals, ensuring thorough resolution and post‑incident analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating incident response processes, implementing best practices, and integrating lessons learned into SOPs.
• Innovate OT‑focused threat hunting, forensic analysis, and remediation methodologies to stay ahead of evolving threats.
• Collaborate with industry experts, partners, and internal teams to enhance incident response frameworks and support customer security assessments.

Required profile

• Singapore citizenship is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in incident response and digital forensics (network, memory, live or disk).
• Familiarity with industrial control systems and OT/ICS environments, including protocols and automation systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills to guide customers and influence decisions at technical and executive levels.
