Senior Interior Designer – Commercial Workplace Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and delivery of high‑quality commercial workplace environments for corporate clients across Singapore and the region. The role offers the chance to shape concepts from initial ideas through to finished fit‑out, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development of commercial workplace interior projects from concept to completion.
• Create concept presentations, mood boards, space‑planning layouts, material selections and detailed design documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, M&E engineers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure design intent is maintained during construction and site implementation.
• Mentor junior designers and uphold high design standards across all projects.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial workplace interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate office or commercial interior projects.
• Excellent conceptual design, space‑planning and detailing abilities.
• Good understanding of construction methodology and interior fit‑out processes.
• Strong presentation, communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
