Senior IT Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors

About the role

The Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking an experienced Senior IT Consultant to provide functional support for its SAP SuccessFactors suite. The role involves configuring modules, troubleshooting integrations, and collaborating with business users and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Conduct user requirement analysis, translate needs into specifications, and secure sign‑offs.
• Assist with configuration, role‑based permissions, system upgrades and patches.
• Plan and execute unit, system integration and user acceptance testing, documenting results.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with related platforms (e.g., payroll, SAP S/4 HANA, Concur).
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on maintenance, testing, and upgrades while ensuring security compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors support and configuration across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of integration points with SAP S/4 HANA, Concur and third‑party systems.
• Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, user training and technical documentation.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
