Senior IT Executive

About the role

The Senior IT Executive will drive business process and system analysis to improve operational efficiency. Using Microsoft Power Platform and Python, the role will automate workflows, support NetSuite ERP, and deliver data analytics in partnership with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build low‑code workflows, digital forms and approval tracking systems with Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Provide functional support, testing and troubleshooting for NetSuite ERP and future ERP migrations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, conduct root‑cause analysis and re‑standardize supply‑chain and business processes.
• Gather requirements, improve user adoption and deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop Python scripts to automate data workflows, perform analytics and integrate systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in an IT role.
• Experience in the food & beverage or retail chain industry is a plus.
• Proven track record of automating workflows and forms using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Demonstrated ability to write Python scripts for data automation or integration.
