Senior Key Account Executive / Assistant Key Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Key Account Executive / Assistant Key Account Manager will lead Mandom’s retail channel strategy and drive growth across key accounts. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, execute sales plans, and strengthen strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute monthly and annual sales plans to meet targets.
• Analyse sales results, ROI, promotion effectiveness and margin calculations.
• Present sales proposals to buyers and evaluate channel performance.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations such as new product listings, promotions and retailer communications.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to support key account needs.
• Lead trade promotional activities and ensure in‑store execution and product visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade partners, conduct business reviews and negotiate pricing, promotions and trade terms.
• Manage A&P budgets, evaluate post‑promotion performance and optimise resource allocation.
• Monitor stock levels, collaborate on forecasting, replenishment and minimise out‑of‑stock or excess inventory.
• Supervise and mentor merchandising team and beauty advisors.
