Senior Leasing Executive – Retail Portfolio

About the role

The Senior Leasing Executive will lead the leasing strategy for a retail portfolio, driving occupancy and rental performance across Singapore. This position reports to the Leasing Manager and works closely with the property team to maximise revenue and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategies to maximise rental income and occupancy rates for the retail portfolio.
• Manage new and existing tenancies, including lease negotiations, renewals and terminations.
• Conduct market research on competitor offerings, rental benchmarks and occupancy trends.
• Prepare and maintain occupancy, rental, and budgeting reports.
• Identify and pursue new tenancy prospects, supporting business development initiatives.
• Assist the manager in preparing annual rental budgets, forecasts and monthly management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail leasing.
• Strong understanding of leasing processes, workflows and tenancy matters.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Possession of EAA or RES certification is preferred.
