Senior Lecturer / Lecturer – Healthy Longevity

About the role

The Academy for Healthy Longevity at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, invites applications for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer position to shape educational and capacity‑building initiatives in geroscience and precision geromedicine. The three‑year appointment will be at Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level, depending on the candidate’s track record in education leadership, delivery, and research.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and delivery of the new Masters program in Geroscience and Precision Geromedicine.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate curricula for undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing professional education, including MSc‑level courses, short courses, masterclasses, and executive education.
• Provide academic support for Academy activities such as organizing international conferences and workshops.
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders about the Academy’s educational activities and impacts.
• Participate actively in the research activities of the Academy.

Required profile

• Keen interest in the development of this emerging field.
• PhD in Medicine, Nursing, Allied Health, Life Sciences, or a related field with relevant teaching experience.
• Experience in educational approaches and training at the undergraduate/graduate level (preferred).
• Experience in curriculum design (advantageous).
• Proven track record of publications and presentations at international or national scientific conferences, particularly in medical and health professions education.
