Senior Manager, Banking & Financial Services Technology Transformation

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Senior Manager for its Banking & Financial Services Technology Transformation practice in Singapore. The role combines end-to-end core banking transformation leadership with business development, proposal work and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end core banking transformation programs, advising on strategy, operating models and roadmaps across Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, Deposits, Accounts, Risk and Finance.
• Support client executives on transformation risks, prioritization, trade-offs, sequencing and benefits realization, and manage multi-stream programs aligned to business value, customer impact and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate executive forums, workshops and steering committees to accelerate transformation.
• Build senior client relationships and originate opportunities in core banking, digital banking, payments, lending and trade finance.
• Lead proposals, RFPs, solution design and commercial discussions, collaborate with vendors and partners, and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and go-to-market assets.
• Lead and coach consulting teams, guide delivery excellence in roadmaps, business cases and executive presentations, and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a consulting firm, with significant experience serving banking or financial services clients.
• Proven track record leading large-scale banking, core banking, operating model or technology-enabled business transformation engagements.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs involving business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, finance and external partners.
• Experience leading senior client workshops, steering committees, executive updates and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Strong track record in proposal development, RFP responses, opportunity origination and pipeline development.
• Experience engaging CIO, COO, CTO, CDO, Heads of Transformation and other business unit leaders is advantageous.
