Senior Manager, Business Excellence

About the role

The Senior Manager, Business Excellence will lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and warehouse operations. You will champion Lean Six Sigma, drive business process re‑engineering, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver sustainable operational gains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, BPR and Change Management.
• Identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes and boost productivity.
• Redesign business and job processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Drive supply chain and warehouse transformation, including automation and digitalisation.
• Analyse operational data and system performance to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Coach and mentor Lean Six Sigma practitioners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage cross‑functional project teams to meet timelines, budgets and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement operational enhancements.
• Support performance analysis and business analytics for data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, BPR or Supply Chain Transformation.
• Proven track record applying Lean Six Sigma in operational projects.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly preferred.
• Project management training such as PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems, quality standards, HSE and sustainability practices is a plus.
