Senior Manager, Community & Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a proactive senior professional to drive community and partnership initiatives that enhance employment and employability for jobseekers in Singapore. The role involves creating, developing and delivering integrated job‑matching and skill‑training solutions while staying abreast of industry hiring trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and deepen existing partnerships with community groups, institutions and training providers to align workers with e2i services.
• Project‑manage career initiatives, including job placement events, skills workshops and other employment activities.
• Provide employment facilitation assistance, such as sourcing vacancies, profiling jobseekers and referring them to suitable training programmes.
• Match and market job opportunities to candidates and ensure a two‑way fit between employers and jobseekers.

Required profile

• Passionate about helping Singaporeans find employment and improve their employability.
• Self‑initiated, innovative and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Demonstrated project‑management capability from conceptualisation to evaluation.
• Experience in business development, project or programme management is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed, with time‑off provided.
