Senior Manager – Corporate Communications (Brand & Marketing)

About the role

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead its Corporate Communications division. You will shape strategic storytelling, protect the authority’s public image, and drive branding initiatives that reinforce CAAS as the champion of Singapore’s aviation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Act as brand custodian, ensuring consistent application of the CAAS brand across all touchpoints.
• Lead branding initiatives, assess brand relevance, identify gaps, and collaborate with agencies to maintain a unified brand identity.
• Monitor brand health through perception research and strengthen brand equity.
• Oversee creation of corporate publications and branding materials.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns supporting corporate, sectoral and employer branding objectives.
• Shape narratives and messaging with internal stakeholders and external agencies, aligning with CAAS brand positioning.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and apply insights to future initiatives.
• Conceptualise and develop CAAS exhibition booths and showcase experiences for major events, ensuring alignment with brand narrative.

Required profile

• Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate branding, marketing communications and events management, preferably in the public sector.
• Strategic and creative thinker with hands‑on experience executing branding and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent content development ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling narratives.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Independent, self‑motivated, and committed to high standards of execution.
