Senior Manager, Corporate Sales

About the role

Senior Manager, Corporate Sales will lead the Corporate Sales team in Singapore, driving growth of ClassPass’s corporate wellness solution. You will set ambitious targets, mentor the team and shape data‑driven strategies to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a corporate sales team to achieve monthly targets across designated territories.
• Communicate successes and roadblocks to senior management and adjust plans accordingly.
• Lead complex negotiations with enterprise clients.
• Analyze sales data to prioritize team focus and drive performance.
• Run company‑wide projects to improve overall business metrics.
• Collaborate with other department managers and C‑level stakeholders for efficiency.
• Attend industry events, organize and host trade‑show stands.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, development and performance of direct reports.
• Partner with Corporate Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding of corporate partners.
• Create and deliver training materials and drive team‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience, including enterprise sales with a proven high‑performance record.
• Experience selling to HR professionals or knowledge of employee benefits.
• Strong background managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Highly organized with strong prioritisation and attention to detail.
• Right to work in Singapore.
