Senior Manager – Faculty Engagement

About the role

The Development Office of the National University of Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Faculty Engagement. You will act as the bridge between academic units, research centres and the Development Office, driving philanthropic initiatives that support the university’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a stakeholder‑engagement strategy that aligns academic priorities with fundraising opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior faculty, academic leaders and development colleagues to identify and advance strategic philanthropy projects.
• Facilitate cross‑faculty collaborations that generate transformational donor partnerships.
• Advise internal teams on university philanthropy policies, ensuring proper acceptance and stewardship of gifts.
• Develop a community of faculty champions and design initiatives to deepen their engagement with the Development Office.
• Partner with development teams to craft compelling donor cases, engagement plans and funding proposals.
• Lead strategic projects and process improvements that enhance collaboration between faculties and the Development Office.
• Support the creation and implementation of faculty‑related policies, frameworks and best practices.

Required profile

• Strategic, relationship‑driven professional with strong confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, business development or related fields.
