Senior Manager, Field Education, APAC

About the role

We are seeking a visionary leader to shape the future of clinical education across the APAC region. As Senior Manager, Field Education you will guide a high‑performing team of Clinical Education Managers, ensuring our sales and internal teams master the knowledge and skills needed for cutting‑edge orthopedic and MedSurg technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long‑term vision for the knowledge and skills required for next‑generation surgical robotics and medical technology.
• Oversee APAC clinical curriculum governance to deliver a consistent, high‑quality education experience tailored to local market needs.
• Partner with regional VPs and divisional leaders to align educational strategy with sales and marketing priorities.
• Implement formal instructional design frameworks, including the 70‑20‑10 model, to create multi‑month learning journeys.
• Establish a robust metrics dashboard to measure training impact beyond satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Ability to exert up to 50 lb occasionally and up to 20 lb continuously, with strong eye‑hand‑foot coordination.
• Excellent discretion, independence, and professional expertise in a demanding environment.
• Strong time, project, stress and conflict management skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication, capable of presenting to large groups.
• Unwavering ethics and integrity.
