About the role
PwC's Financial Services Assurance Practice, which works with organisations on financial reporting and trust, is looking for a Senior Manager to join its Insurance line of service. The role supports a broad range of statutory audit assignments for insurance clients, drawing on the practice's extensive knowledge of asset management, banking, capital markets and insurance.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and manage teams of professionals delivering a variety of assurance engagements
- Build relationships within the industry and contribute to the continued success of the insurance team
- Develop and facilitate the professional growth of insurance team members
- Take part in a wide range of advisory projects in the insurance industry
Required profile
- Relevant accounting qualifications and practical knowledge of FRS
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of external audit experience, ideally in the insurance industry
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and team-working skills
