Senior Manager, HIG HBM Product System Engineering (Media Health Manufacturing)

About the role

Micron is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the HIG HBM Product System Engineering team in its Media Health Manufacturing function. The role drives manufacturing and activities for Micron's latest HBM products on DRAM and interface dies and stacked products, focusing on quality, cost, cycle time and scale. It includes leading the manufacturing test flow development and validation, improving device and stacked yield, optimizing test coverage and driving the DFT strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure optimized test coverage on current and future HIG HBM designs and process nodes.
• Develop, validate, characterize and qualify next-generation HBM products, supporting design verification with CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve manufacturing test yields for device, interface and stacked die issues, reduce test time and resolve yield, qualification and RMA issues.
• Lead complex multi-disciplinary projects and act as an expert spokesperson on technical and innovation topics.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development and Quality/Reliability teams.
• Mentor team members, coach future leaders and manage technical projects to align product performance and manufacturing flows.
• Integrate AI and automation into daily workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry; Micron Product Engineering experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and technical skills, including deep circuit analysis and root cause problem solving.
• Proven collaborative work across teams and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on site in Singapore with international travel to the US, Taiwan and Japan.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting.
• Verilog simulation and CAD tools for design verification.
