About the role
Crypto.com is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead its Institutional/VIP sales across APAC and EMEA. You will act as the primary bridge between high‑net‑worth clients and the full suite of Crypto.com digital‑asset services, driving growth in a rapidly evolving market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects such as hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, retail/CFD brokers, and asset managers.
- Promote adoption of prediction market contracts and tokenized real‑world asset (RWA) offerings, educating clients on mechanics, use cases, and risk profiles.
- Position the Crypto.com ecosystem—including Exchange, OTC desk, Custody, CFD liquidity, prediction contracts, and RWA instruments—to meet specific client needs.
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure rapid “time‑to‑trade.”
- Maintain and grow a book of business, providing ongoing relationship management, upselling, and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Deliver market insights and competitor feedback to Product and Strategy teams.
Required profile
- Proven track record in institutional sales or business development within financial services or crypto markets.
- Strong understanding of crypto products, prediction markets, and tokenized assets.
- Ability to work autonomously, set personal sales targets, and manage a full sales lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
