Senior Manager, Logistics Optimization (Quick Commerce)

About the role

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Manager, Logistics Optimization (Quick Commerce) based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics Optimization, you will drive fast, reliable and cost-efficient logistics across 16 markets in the EU, APAC and Turkey, shaping the QCommerce verticals and acting as a senior thought partner to regional and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define the long-term strategy for QCommerce logistics, turning business and customer needs into scalable solutions and best practices.
• Influence prioritization and investment decisions through data-driven insights and strong business cases for senior leadership.
• Partner with Product, Tech and Data teams to shape tools, integrations and system capabilities.
• Turn complex operational data into clear insights, strategic recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
• Lead large-scale optimization initiatives and continuous improvement programs with measurable impact on cost, speed and reliability.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance, service levels and cost efficiency, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with regional and local logistics and QCommerce teams to align execution.

Required profile

• 7+ years of proven experience in logistics, operations or similar roles in tech, mobility or delivery.
• Track record leading complex, multi-market operations or optimization initiatives at scale.
• Data-driven approach, able to structure ambiguous problems and influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or STEM-related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with self-serve analytics tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• SQL proficiency.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
