Senior Manager – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Kerry Consulting is looking for an experienced senior leader to drive manufacturing excellence in a high‑volume semiconductor environment. The role oversees production, material flow and operational efficiency across multiple shifts, ensuring the plant meets its output, quality and safety targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams across day‑to‑day and shift operations.
• Deliver manufacturing targets for output, quality, productivity, delivery and safety.
• Manage production planning, work‑in‑process movement, capacity, manpower, equipment and material resources.
• Monitor KPIs and resolve production constraints in partnership with Engineering, Quality and Planning.
• Drive improvements in yield, OEE, cycle‑time, cost and overall productivity.
• Maintain manufacturing procedures, quality systems, audit readiness and shop‑floor discipline.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem‑solving methods.
• Champion continuous‑improvement and operational‑excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of semiconductor or high‑volume manufacturing experience with significant people‑leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in production management, capacity and manpower planning.
• Proven track record of productivity, yield, cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement achievements.
• Ability to lead sizeable manufacturing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
