Senior Manager, Procurement Excellence (Semicon OSAT)

About the role

A leading global advanced technology manufacturing organisation, with operations across Asia, Europe and the Americas, is looking for a Senior Manager, Procurement Excellence to lead procurement excellence programmes across its global business. The role drives governance, digital transformation and sustainable value creation, with a stated salary of SG$7,500 to SG$11,500 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement governance frameworks, policies, standards and compliance mechanisms.
• Drive category management, sourcing methodologies, negotiation and capability development programmes.
• Design and strengthen supplier relationship management, performance monitoring and development initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Operations and Quality to maximise procurement value.
• Lead cost improvement, value tracking and total cost optimisation programmes.
• Strengthen contract governance, supplier risk management, compliance monitoring and audit readiness.
• Drive digital procurement transformation through analytics, automation, procurement systems and data-driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or procurement excellence.
• At least 3 years in leadership roles, including procurement transformation, governance or continuous improvement.
• Professional procurement qualifications such as CIPS or CPSM are advantageous.

Required skills

• Strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management and procurement best practices.
• Experience developing procurement policies, frameworks, methodologies and management reporting.
• Cost modelling, savings validation and value tracking.
• Experience with procurement technology platforms, spend analytics and digital procurement solutions.
