Senior Manager, Strategy Lead (Quality Systems)

About the role

Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategy Lead (Quality Systems) who reports to the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence organization and focuses on the Micron Assembly and Test areas. The team defines, drives and delivers end-to-end smart manufacturing solutions, applying automation, AI and machine learning methods to improve product development, business and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with global stakeholders to identify major business transformation opportunities using AI, and translate project metrics into dollar values with Finance.
• Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data, identify trends and patterns, and build forecasts, recommendations and strategic plans.
• Create specifications for reports and analyses, advise users and lead cross-functional teams to solve business issues.
• Lead a team of I4.0 Product owners, working with data science, technical solution and IT teams to design solutions that close metric gaps.
• Optimize and standardize tools and processes so Smart Mfg/AI solutions scale across Assembly Test sites.
• Develop business cases, validate impacts and ROI, and prioritize and propose projects.
• Lead projects requiring coordination of resources from global teams, and give expert guidance on system interfaces and capabilities.

Required profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Artificial Intelligence.
• At least 10 years of experience in Assembly & Test and Post Wafer Fab (PwF) Process & Equipment Engineering or similar operations functions.
• Good knowledge of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) production is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality-focused solutions for high-volume, high-mix production environments.
• Proven ability to lead and present to small and large groups, and to work cross-functionally with peers and managers.
