Senior Manager/Manager (Home Care) – Policy Officer

About the role

As a Policy Officer within the Home Care team, you will shape and implement policy frameworks that enable seniors to age well at home. You will operate in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder interests.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with service providers, partner agencies, and MOH divisions to develop policies grounded in operational realities.
• Lead the full policy development cycle: assess community needs, define strategy, design and refine service models, secure resources, and evaluate outcomes.
• Drive the rollout of Age Well Neighbourhoods, ensuring alignment with national health objectives.
• Synthesize data and ground‑level insights to generate robust policy options and manage competing priorities.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline; healthcare or policy experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong critical thinking, writing, presentation, and numeracy skills.
• Comfortable navigating technical complexities and working both independently and within a team.
• Proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
