About the role
As a Policy Officer within the Home Care team, you will shape and implement policy frameworks that enable seniors to age well at home. You will operate in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder interests.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with service providers, partner agencies, and MOH divisions to develop policies grounded in operational realities.
- Lead the full policy development cycle: assess community needs, define strategy, design and refine service models, secure resources, and evaluate outcomes.
- Drive the rollout of Age Well Neighbourhoods, ensuring alignment with national health objectives.
- Synthesize data and ground‑level insights to generate robust policy options and manage competing priorities.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline; healthcare or policy experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong critical thinking, writing, presentation, and numeracy skills.
- Comfortable navigating technical complexities and working both independently and within a team.
- Proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
