Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

World Farm, Singapore’s leading wholesale and retail garden centre, is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to lead impactful digital and brand campaigns, manage stakeholder relationships and mentor a small team. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive revenue growth and strengthen the brand’s presence across physical and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, SEO/AEO optimisation, and manage the digital presence of all business units.
• Plan, execute and analyse social media, Google Ads and other online campaigns to maximise ROMI.
• Lead branding and content creation, including in‑store, OOH materials and website copy, ensuring O2O cohesiveness.
• Organise events, product launches and influencer/KOL collaborations to boost community engagement and footfall.
• Supervise and mentor a small in‑house, freelance and agency team while coordinating vendor relationships and project timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 4–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or F&B, with a proven record of campaign development.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and vendor management.

• SEO and AEO optimisation.
• Google Ads campaign management.
• Social media advertising and analytics.
• Campaign performance analysis and reporting.
• Photography, videography and basic post‑production editing.
