Senior Material Handler

About the role

The Senior Material Handler will support daily warehouse operations at our Singapore facility, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods. This hands‑on role involves receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and dispatching shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and release cargoes, verify documentation and scan packages.
• Perform put‑away, picking, packing, wrapping and loading/unloading of goods.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks and stackers safely.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for data entry, inventory updates and document generation.
• Conduct regular stock‑takes and support inventory control activities.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Secondary 2.
• Strong interest in logistics and warehousing.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑6:00 pm.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Reach truck operation.
• Stacker operation.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) for data entry.
• Basic computer literacy.
