Senior M&E Coordinator / M&E Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior M&E Coordinator / M&E Engineer to act as the main M&E professional for our projects from inception to handover. The role involves overseeing mechanical and electrical works, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and schedule requirements across Singapore‑wide construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Prepare method statements, resolve drawing discrepancies and manage MEP documentation.
• Control RFA, RFI, shop drawings, technical submissions and procurement status.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Supervise site installation quality against approved drawings and schedules.
• Participate in project, design and site meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain site inspection, testing & commissioning records and conduct QA/QC inspections.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Singapore PE Board.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Singapore building and construction, preferably on HDB or high‑rise projects.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in design‑and‑build projects is an advantage.
