Senior Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator – Technical Team

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Coordinator to join our Technical Team, responsible for overseeing mechanical and electrical works on residential and commercial projects across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with M&E consultants on design, technical matters and coordination issues.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve interfacing issues between M&E services and building works.
• Collaborate with design consultants, client representatives and statutory agencies to meet design deliverable requirements.
• Review design deliverables and develop method statements.
• Support project management and site supervision activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants on engineering issues and drawing plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience for M&E building services in residential projects.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience coordinating transit projects with BIM and knowledge of design approval processes and BCA TOP requirements.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in high‑rise residential/commercial projects is an advantage.
