Senior Merchant Account Manager – Retail & FMCG

About the role

Join Grab’s Enterprise Retail and FMCG team to grow and manage key merchant accounts across GrabMart, GrabPay and related services. You will build strong partnerships, develop strategies and drive revenue through GMV and advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with GrabMart, GrabPay merchants and FMCG partners to drive growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end account management including business identification, negotiation, day‑to‑day operations and execution of initiatives.
• Analyse merchant performance data, create actionable plans and collaborate with Grab’s verticals such as GrabAds and GrabExpress.
• Develop joint business plans, conduct regular reviews and tailor solutions (reporting, marketing support, integrations) to optimise merchant experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development or partnerships.
• Proven ability to engage C‑level stakeholders and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling data and performing analysis.
