Senior Network Engineer

About the role

EMINET is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join its Singapore team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting wireless, networking and security solutions for enterprise customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑ and post‑sales design, configuration and technical support for wireless, network and security solutions.
• Develop detailed network designs for data‑centres, core, distribution, edge and Wi‑Fi networks.
• Conduct site surveys and proof‑of‑concept deployments as required.
• Install, configure, commission and provide technical support for wireless, networking and firewall equipment.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities, improve network reliability and reduce fault incidence.
• Monitor network performance, manage capacity and implement service‑level improvements.
• Develop and test new capabilities for wireless, networking and security products.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for customer issues.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in network design, configuration and troubleshooting of Huawei, Cisco or Aruba data‑centre switches, wireless solutions and Fortinet or Palo Alto firewalls.
• HCIE (Huawei) or CCIE (Cisco) certification – mandatory.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus switches and Cisco ACI design.
• Strong project management, configuration and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
