Senior Network Solution Architect

About the role

The Network Solution Architect (NSA) acts as a trusted technology advisor, helping enterprise customers achieve business and digital transformation goals through innovative networking and digital solutions. Working closely with Account Managers, the NSA translates business priorities into outcome‑driven, end‑to‑end network designs that span data‑center, campus, cloud and regional sites.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to engage customers, understand business priorities and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Lead workshops, solution discovery sessions and executive presentations focused on digital transformation and business value.
• Design secure, scalable network solutions across data‑center, campus, cloud and regional environments, leveraging cybersecurity, AI, automation and APIs.
• Develop business use cases, technical architectures, statements of work, bills of materials and solution proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, product teams and technology partners to deliver proofs of concept, ensure technical governance and support successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise solution architecture, pre‑sales or technical consulting within telecommunications, technology vendors or system integrators.
• Proven experience designing enterprise networking and digital infrastructure solutions.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking including Campus LAN, Wireless, SD‑WAN, Data Centre and Cloud.
• Familiarity with Cisco, HPE, Huawei, AWS and Azure platforms.
• Experience with APIs, network automation, orchestration and AI‑enabled operations.
• Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Aruba, AWS or Azure are advantageous.
