Senior Nurse Manager – Operating Theatre

About the role

IHH Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee the Operating Theatre across its Singapore hospitals. The Senior Nurse Manager will drive clinical excellence, align policies with best practices, and support the delivery of safe, high‑quality surgical care.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure clinical policies and procedures are up‑to‑date and consistently applied.
• Develop and implement nursing strategies that enhance operational performance.
• Apply systems‑level thinking to solve complex clinical and operational challenges.
• Guarantee optimal clinical care delivery within the Operating Theatre.
• Manage daily staff development, resource allocation, and unit operations.
• Lead recruitment, selection, development, and retention of nursing staff in partnership with the nursing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a nursing leader in an Operating Theatre or similar surgical environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, policy compliance, and quality improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, resources, and change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
