Senior Pastry Chef & Chief Decorator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Pastry Chef & Chief Decorator to lead our dessert creation team in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing innovative pastry products, ensuring top‑notch quality, and delivering visually stunning cakes and desserts that meet market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends and research suitable ingredients for new product concepts.
• Prepare ingredients for cakes, pastries, desserts, and fillings according to standardized recipes.
• Maintain product consistency, quality, and presentation in line with company standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SFA/NEA regulations throughout all preparation activities.
• Support recipe development and create seasonal product items.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations and equipment.
• Assist with the delivery process to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in pastry production and cake decoration.
• Full‑time availability and ability to work onsite in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
