Senior Patient Information Associate (6-Month Contract)

About the role

The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore, a 2,000-bed psychiatric hospital established in 1928, is hiring a Senior Patient Information Associate for a 6-month contract within its Contact Centre. The staff member helps facilitate patient care and administrative functions, making sure calls and enquiries are answered promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls and enquiries from the General Line and Appointment Line, giving patients and the public information about IMH's services
• Assist in scheduling appointments for patients and provide appointment-related information
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor

Required profile

• GCE 'A' levels or equivalent, with customer service experience
• Previous call centre experience is welcome
• Able to commit to the 6-month duration and should state any travel plans
• Service-oriented, confident and passionate about helping others
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to use and navigate digital communication systems and platforms
