About the role
SingHealth is looking for a Senior / Patient Service Associate for its call centre. You will provide quality, personalised one-stop information service for the hospital, handling general enquiries and managing outpatient appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Handle general enquiries by phone, email and web chat, as well as other online platforms
- Manage outpatient appointments
Required profile
- GCE 'N' Level or GCE 'O' Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or NITEC in Service Skills
- Experience in call centre, customer service or healthcare is advantageous
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Required skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
