About the role
NHG is hiring a Senior Patient Service Associate on a 1-year contract. The role supports the clinic counter and helps patients with their enquiries, registration and billing.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
- Attend to patients' enquiries, give directions and help clarify information
- Assist in the accurate registration and billing of patients
- Makes appointments for follow-up patients
- Assist with doctors' requests and help patients with Medisave applications
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive
Required profile
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- At least 1 year of direct frontline customer service experience
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
