Senior People & Culture Manager

About the role

Raffles Hotel Singapore, a historic 19th-century luxury hotel, is looking for a Senior People & Culture Manager to join its People & Culture team. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the role partners with leadership teams to champion a high-performance culture, nurture talent and drive strategic people initiatives that reflect the Raffles brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People & Culture team in delivering HR operations and an engaging colleague experience.
• Drive People & Culture strategy aligned with the hotel's vision and luxury service philosophy.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, workforce planning, engagement and workplace practices.
• Lead recruitment to attract hospitality talent and build talent pipelines with department leaders.
• Drive culture transformation initiatives that improve engagement, performance and retention.
• Support budgeting and manpower forecasting, and review and strengthen HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics and presentations for management, and strengthen links with partners, educational institutions and industry networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 10 years in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment practices and labour regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, highly organised and able to influence and build trusted relationships.
