Senior Power Engineer – NVIDIA AI Server Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Engineer to join our hardware engineering team in Singapore. You will design and deliver high‑performance power solutions for next‑generation NVIDIA GPU‑based AI server platforms, ensuring reliability and efficiency at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design system‑level power architecture and delivery solutions for high‑density AI servers.
• Develop and optimise power delivery for GPUs, CPUs, memory, motherboards and other high‑power components.
• Perform power budgeting, sequencing, efficiency analysis and power‑integrity optimisation.
• Design and validate DC/DC converters, VRMs, power distribution and protection circuits.
• Conduct power measurement, validation, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with motherboard, SI/PI, thermal, mechanical and system engineering teams.
• Support EVT/DVT/PVT validation and transition to mass production.

Required profile

• 5+ years of power engineering experience in servers, data centres, HPC or high‑performance computing systems.
• Strong knowledge of server power architecture, VRM, DC/DC conversion and power distribution.
• Proven experience designing power solutions for high‑power CPU/GPU platforms.
• Good understanding of power‑integrity, transient response, sequencing, efficiency and thermal considerations.
