About the role

OneTrust is looking for a Senior Principal Partner Sales Manager to lead partnership growth across South East Asia, focusing on Singapore and Thailand. Based in Singapore, you will drive the development and execution of joint go‑to‑market strategies with consulting firms and service integrators, helping customers adopt the AI‑Ready Governance Platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new and existing ecosystem partners.
  • Design and manage GTM offerings, joint business plans, and collaborative sales engagements.
  • Drive sourced revenue to meet regional targets and report progress to the Director of International Partners.
  • Align partner activities with sales leadership objectives and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer success, and partner teams to deliver joint solutions.

Required profile

  • Significant experience in high‑growth SaaS sales organizations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with rigorous intellectual approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
