Senior Process Associate Engineer

About the role

The Senior Process Associate Engineer will support the production line by handling process buy‑off, lot disposition, first‑hand issue troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis. The role also involves recipe creation, optimization and engineering support for new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for process buy‑off, lot disposition and issue containment.
• Execute OCAP actions, ensure compliance with procedures and maintain line health KPIs.
• Support documentation creation such as procedures, specifications, OCAP reports and investigation reports.
• Assist Process Engineer in monitoring SPC performance and ensuring quality system set‑up.
• Collaborate with PE on NPI activities, DOE experiments, cost‑reduction and process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Diploma in Microelectronics, Mechanical, Material or Physics Engineering.
• Knowledge of WLCSP backend processes (taping, back grind, laser mark, LG, saw, tape‑and‑reel).
• Familiarity with JMP, 8D, FMEA and DOE methodologies is advantageous.
• Independent self‑starter with high commitment and passion for meeting operational goals.
