Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

CrimsonLogic is looking for a motivated Senior Procurement Specialist to join its dynamic group procurement team. The role focuses on sourcing, governance, and compliance, ensuring cost‑effective procurement decisions while supporting internal stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement operations, including sourcing strategies (RFQ/RFP/Tender), price and contract negotiations, and contract management.
• Review procurement requests for commercial compliance and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support business units with timely contract renewals and amendments.
• Evaluate supplier performance on price competitiveness and service level.
• Provide professional procurement advice and administrative support to internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors, including sourcing and evaluating new suppliers.
• Oversee contract renewals, amendments, terminations, and participate in audit exercises.
• Assist in resolving procurement‑related issues and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the IT sector.
• Strong negotiation abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Can‑do attitude with good interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with procurement software, specifically SAP‑B1.
